 One of our most advanced programs, the BarraFIT Strength program safely develops athletes by building strength, burning fat, and developing mental fortitude. Kettlebell and Resistance Band Flows are a superb way to challenge members on the force-velocity curve by adding elements of both strength-speed and speed-strength work.
